These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Olena Grishyna (“Grishyna.art”) and consumers (“You”) regarding the purchase of physical products (e.g., paintings, ceramics, silk scarves, postcards) via the Grishyna.art website, as well as participation in on-site workshops.

A binding contract is concluded upon selection of a product and successful completion of payment. After payment is confirmed, the product will be shipped to the address provided by you, or your participation in a workshop will be confirmed.

All prices are stated excluding VAT in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation), unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is made via PayPal, credit card, or Stripe.

Any shipping costs for physical products will be indicated separately.

All works by the artist Olena Grishyna including paintings, ceramics, and printed products are protected by copyright.

Without the artist’s prior written consent, it is prohibited to:

 • reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the works,

 • share them on social media or public platforms,

 • use them for commercial purposes or in personal courses.

This serves to protect the creative works of the artist in accordance with § 15 UrhG.

Use of purchased products and participation in workshops is at your own risk. Grishyna.art accepts no liability for damages caused by improper use of products or behavior during workshops.

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection regulations of your country of residence remain unaffected.
