Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw:

Exclusion from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• individually created works,
• original artworks and unique items produced according to customer specifications or personal requests (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).
